Decadent Chocolate Covered Pomegranate Ice cream Sandwich

Hey TJ,

I stumbled across your amazingly delicious chocolate covered pomegranate seeds! These little gems are busting with fantastic one-of-a-kind flavor surrounded in decadent dark chocolate. This product is great as a snack in its own right, but the possibilities of using them as an accent to other dishes is also appealing.  I have put them in ice cream, my yogurt, decorated cupcakes, and mixed them in my granola. One of my favorites though is my ice cream sandwich creation! All you do is just take chocolate chip cookies, vanilla bean ice cream, and roll the edges in your lovely chocolate covered pomegranates! I know you will enjoy this treat throughout the summer!
